The Only Place I'll Go!. Alethea (the owner) has been doing my hair for more than 10 years! She is so amazing, I couldn't think of going anywhere else. She is always attending training and keeping up to date with the latest styles and techniques. Not only does she give a fabulous cut, she is a color genius! Every time I she colors my hair, I leave looking stunning.

I love having her so close to where I live. Now I just pray she never strikes it rich and leaves to travel the world! Selfish of me, but I don't know what I'd do without her!

A hidden gem -. Several years ago, the owner of Hair Etc in Buckley gave me, hands down, the best haircut I'd ever had in my life. You know the one - the cut that makes you look 10 pounds lighter and 10 years younger and makes you feel like a million bucks. Alethea is skilled and experienced. You probably won't hear it from her but she's been a platform educator for a national manufacturer. This girl could be making bank in any downtown salon but wants a simpler life - so happy day for Buckley, Bonney Lake, Sumner, Auburn, Lake Tapps, Enumclaw and ME! because she is right here!

I won't go anywhere else!. LOVE this salon! I moved out to this area a couple years ago and have had horrible experiences with the salons. I went to Third Dimension in Bonney Lake about a month ago. I asked the girl for light blonde highlights in my dark brown hair and she decided to do an overall color and I left there with orange hair. The girls at Third Dimension said it looked great but it looked awful! The girl said I could come back the next day and she would fix it. I went back and she made it worse. My hair was bright orange on the top and darker orange on the bottom. They refused to refund me the money I had spent on the initial color AND the color correction. I was so upset but as I was walking out of there a woman stopped me and gave me the number to Hair Etc. She said that Alethea and Collette would take good care of me.

She was right! Not only did Collette work with me on the price of fixing the color of my hair since I had already paid over $170 but she also did my brows and a dusting of make-up complimentary for the hell I had been through with the other salon. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it and in excellent condition even though it had been thru all that processing. I will not go anywhere else, these gals are the best!
