I have nothing but good things to say about this business. Very helpful over the phone. Patient in answering my questions. I called 5 times in a row. Determined what was wrong with our washer, ordered the part in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for your used apppliance needs.

Great Business!!!. I have many rentals and I use Troy's for all my appliance needs. I have never had a problem in dealing with them. It angers me that people always seem to want something for nothing and then post how they were treated poorly and try and ruin the reputation of a small business. I have done business with Troy's for years and whenever I have had an issue they are always willing to work with me in coming to a resolution. They have signs with their policy and I have find it hard to believe that they aren't fair. I will continue to do business and recommend them to everyone I talk to who needs appliance help.

Awesome Customer Service!!!!. I have gone to Troy's since the 80's and have always been treated with respect and kindness. I bought a washer from them not long ago and it had a bad motor and they swapped me out to another washer with no questions and within the same day. They went out of their way to take care of the customer and that is what I love about them. I know they are under new ownership and they still take care of the customer and do whatever they can to accommodate. I wish more businesses took the time to help customers like Troy's does. All my family and friends use Troy's for their appliance repairs and purchases.

Absolutely incompetent and rude. These folks could not fix a dryer in three trips.

The people on the phone could not tell me when parts were arriving, what they said was that the parts were not shipped yet, then the parts arrived that day.

They scheduled a repair call for three days later (!) after the dryer had been out of commission for over a month already, then when they showed up, they told me (again) that it was repaired and would work fine from now on... FIVE MINUTES LATER it was again not working.

In the next phone call I was told that they wold refuse to come out anymore!

Did they realize that they were in over their heads and had no idea how to fix a dryer?

When asked why they would not come back, I was told that they don't need a reason.

Well, I have a rason why I wold NEVER use or recommend Troy's Appliance to anyone.

Excellent!!. Very nice and exceptional customer service!!! Have been dealing with them for years and never had a problem. Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile!! I recommend them to everyone I know who needs appliance work done or looking for affordable appliances. The techs are knowledgeable and always willing to help when they can. Small business and family owned makes it even better.

Troy's Appliance NOT TESTING USED APPLIANCES. Troy's has the ultimate scam going. They put literature on their used appliances explaining how they have been refurbished and tested. We were assured we would be taken care of if anything went wrong. Then asked to sign what turned out to be a no refund policy while engaging us in conversation. TROY'S WOULD DO NOTHING TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER IN A TIMELY FASHION, INCLUDING NOT REFUNDING FOR A DEFECTIVE ITEM THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT TESTED OR REFURBISHED. THE WASHER WOULDN'T MAKE IT THROUGH PART OF A CYCLE AND DUMPED WATER ALL OVER MY FLOOR AS WE WERE INSTALLING!! IF THEY TELL YOU THEY TEST AND REFURBISH USED APPLIANCES THEY ARE LYING. DO YOU KNOW OF ANY REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT HAS A NO REFUND POLICY? I DON'T, AND I'LL BET THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND BBB DON'T EITHER. SMALL CLAIMS COURT WILL BE MY NEXT STEP. THIS COMPANY IS CLEARLY ENTRAPPING THE PUBLIC BY HAVING THEM SIGN A NO REFUND POLICY AND FALSIFYING THE FACT THAT USED APPLIANCES ARE REFURBISHED AND TESTED. STATISTICALLY A BREAK DOWN BETWEEN TESTING AND INSTALLATION (with no use in between) WOULD BE MORE THAN A MILLION TO ONE.

Notice all the negative reviews??? I hope you aren't reading these after the fact like I did. From what I saw, I seriously doubt they would back up any warranty they claim to have. The owner would somehow blame the consumer from the unprofessional way the owner conducted himself. THE OWNER OPERATES ON PURE GREED. TAKING CARE OF HIS CLIENT IS OF NO RELEVANCE TO HIM. He is about to understand there is a legal price tag for unprofessional and unethical business practices. I hope no one else has to experience the misery he has caused us.

I would like to address this complaint. This customer bought a washer from us and damaged it in transit. the customer came back the next business day wanting a refund. I refused a refund but still offered to repair it or replace it. This wasn't to their liking so they sued me. They did not win. In an effort to resolve this issue we agreed on a settlement.

Good work. I had a great experience with Troys when I called for repair of my washer. The repairman arrived as scheduled; he had the necessary part in his truck and my washer was up and running in just a few minutes. The cost was very reasonable. It was like the old days of appliance repair. Ask for Bill; he's good!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!. Tried to get my dishwasher fixed. First time out, did not repair, had to order a part. Second time out, not repaired, repairman (owner) pretty much shoved the dishwasher back in and said they would contact manufacturer and get back to me, never happened. Called to find out what was happeining and was given the owner, who was very rude and told me to find another repairman and hung up on me. I only gave them one star because it was required, I would give them none.

Won't honor the Warrenty. Bought a fridge a few days ago and the freezer wouldn't get cold. After hauling fridge back to the shop ourselves, he said there was no problem. Then said could do further testing but if the fridge had been laid down warrenty was void. In all honesty, the fridge was *partially* laid down, but being an investor we have done this with way more fridges than I can count. As the salesperson who sold the fridge said, as long as it was just for a short time it's OK. I might of let this go as far as a review, but after looking at the ones below I see a pattern. I'm in real estate and also investing. I'll deter as much business from Troy's as possible.
