What People Are Saying About Papa Murphy's

In Short – In 1995, two small franchises--Papa Aldo's Pizza and Murphy's Pizza--merged, forming a nationwide take-and-bake chain. The dough is prepared in-house daily, and topped with fresh cheese and basic (pepperoni, mushroom, olives) or gourmet (chicken, artichoke, spinach, herbs) combinations. Order the thin-crust deLITE pizza for a low-cal, low-carb option, or get a family-style stuffed pizza, loaded with toppings inside and on top of a thick crust. Dessert pizzas, salads and calzones are also available. –

Disgusted in customer service, debating on going back!
by fancylilly1 at Citysearch
I visited our local Papa Murphy’s East Bremerton restaurant the evening of 12-2-10. As always I would call my order in so I can pre-heat the oven while I pick up my pizza. I called was placed on hold, a few minutes passed and then was disconnected. Brushed it off, called back and again placed on hold. This time before I had been disconnected I was able to place my order. Our Papa Murphy’s have a drive up window (which is very convenient, one of the reasons why I enjoy going to this establishment). I pulled up and waited, and waited, and waited, after of honking my horn knocking on the window to get the attention of somebody in side. At this point I became very frustrated and annoyed finally a young man came to the window did not apologize for the wait, but had a rude attitude. I can understand if they were busy, but they were not. In fact there was not a single customer in the restaurant I am disgusted in the customer service that I received from this establishment And debating if I will ever go back.
