Dont waste your money

I only gave this apartment one star because it is in a great location, close to campus only about a 10-15 min walk to classes, close to fairhaven, close to haggen. Otherwise this place is soooo crappy! We live on the bottom floor where you can hear neighbors every word and footstep upstairs, the siding of our door is crappy so we have a problem with spiders, the humidity is so bad in our apartment that we have black mold growing EVERYWHERE no joke! Window seels, bathroom, floor, storage room, bedroom, etc. I would never lie about something like this! This apartment looks nice when you first move in because they clean and paint over all the mold and its summer so its pretty dry, but september up until summer the black mold comes back, we have cleaned it 3 times and it still comes back and we all have sinus problems now. The management gave us a humidifier to run and said it would only need to be ran maybe once a week, but we run it at least a couple hours a day, every day, sometimes all night and we have to pay the power bill for that and it doesnt get rid of the mold. I would never recomend living here EVER! If we could afford to break our lease, we would have done it a month after we moved in. Its not even like this apartment is cheap either, we pay just as much, maybe a little bit less than brand new apartments this size.
