Fantastic service, competitive prices. I live in the San Juan Islands and would never buy an appliance from anyone else. Anaco Appliance delivers on time, takes the time to set up your new appliance perfectly, and then to educate you about it. Plus, if you have questions or problems after your purchase, they stand by their brands and their service. Fantastic!

Always our First Choice for Appliances. My husband and I have lived in Anacortes for 15 years and have purchased 3 refrigerators, two washer and dryer sets, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher from Dave at Anaco (We own a rental property - that's why we bought numerous items!). Having lived in big cities before, we are so grateful to have a local place to go for appliances where we know we'll get a great price, honest advice, and exceptional service. Dave, the owner, will come by himself at the end of his workday if you need something that day. He has ALWAYS stood behind his products. In fact, we've found him to be honest to a fault - if he knows there's a better product out there, he'll tell us. We're currently building a new home, and Anaco will be our only stop. The only reason we would go anywhere else is if we want a brand that Dave doesn't carry (GE, for instance). After living all over the country, having a place like Anaco Appliance in our own town and getting to know the owner is one of the reasons we love Anacortes so much. Plus, you keep your tax dollars in town!

Reliable, good services, good prices. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to respond to the previous negative review.

Over the years my husband and I have purchaced a washer, refrigerator, and stove from Anaco. We've always been very pleased with their service. They bring the appliances to our remote home, unpack them, level them, and take away the broken down appliance. Their people are friendly and knowledgeable. We started using them after hearing similar reports from our friends. I don't know anyone who has had a bad experience with Anaco Appliance.

Never Again. Bought my washer/dryer unit from Anaco a few years back, now that warranty is up, main washer bearing is shot. Called Ananco to see what they might be able to do and service man came out and told me that the main washer bearing was shot. Then he (Chris) gave me a bill for $70.00. He told me I should buy Sears warranty and let them fix it, looked into that, not that easy. I think I'll just buy my next unit from Sears and cut out the local middlemen. Don't waste your time on these local guys, they don't stand behind their stuff!
