Awesome place to visit, we always have fun looking at all of the cool puppies. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Puppy source for the ignorant.
Just a standard source for low-quality pups from puppymills and backyard breeders. Ask to see the receipts from where they got the pups, they probably bought them in mixed lots from a puppymill, local or the midwest, probably. But they won't let you see it. They want you to think they really like dogs, but all they see are $$$.
And they've been doing it for THIRTY YEARS! My stomach churns at the thought!
Their hired help is ignorant and rude, their prices very high for the low quality pups they sell.
Buy here in haste, repent at leisure.

Take it with a grain of salt.
It is frustrating trying to fight an uphill battle with the venomous erroneous information posted by former employees, competitors, and activists, people who feel they have an axe to grind, or feel they have something to gain with their disparaging remarks.
We have a caring and loving staff that is deeply concerned about Fairwood Pet Center’s clientele and its extension of their families, their pets.
We have been in business since 1980 – at the time of this post 30 YEARS!!! We are 100% open to, and welcome the public coming by our store. We have nothing to hide, and hope you come and see for yourself and are not easily swayed by false posts.
We will be diligent in trying to have the false posts removed from the internet, and thank you for your understanding.

Great variety of puppies!. The store was very bright, clean and busy on a Saturday afternoon. They have a good selection of puppies and seem to carry several brands of premium dog food. They also had a good selection of pet toys, collars and leashes, but the best thing I liked about the store was their puppy play area!
