What a disappointment, save your money. My friend and I live in NYC and are used to paying premium prices for a spa as long as we get what we pay for. We planned a long weeked in Killington and thought it would be a great idea to spend a day at the spa. We arrived several hours before our appointments because they advertised a pool, water fall, hot tub, steam room, sauna, etc.. Well they did have all these features but what a disappointment. The pool was tiny and smelled horrible, the hot tub had broken tile and water stains and there were only 4 lounge chairs. The steamroom and sauna were tiny and very sufficating. We went into the locker room and it was horrible. The showers were dirty and had a bucket with sauve products. I am not a snob, but for the prices they are charging, they should have higher quality products in the bathroom. The robes had holes in them and the slippers were stained. Speaking of stains, there was a bag to put your used towels in and there were yellow/orange stains over the entire bag. We ended up cancelling out appointments and went to a great day spa about 15 minutes away. I would highly not recommend this place. The pictures look great, but what false advertising. Save your money.
