RUDE!!!

This afternoon, I answered my phone to someone professing to be "my best friend...". He finally told me he was Brad French after repeated inquiries as to who was calling.

I had sent this man an email a week ago to inquire about guitar repair. When I didn't t hear back, I sent the instrument to someone else.

He said, "I can tell I'm gonna like you already...", and when I replied that I had sent the guitar elsewhere, he immediately hung up without another word. Thank God I DON'T have friends like that jerk!

Do NOT Use This Guy! Bad News!!

I sent my rare and prized guitar to this man and he charged me $1,500 (in advance) to do virtually nothing except lie to me over and over again, install the wrong tuning pegs and break the binding on the back of the guitar. I waited 6 months to get back a broken guitar with wrong parts installed. He refuses to take responsibility and does not honor his guarantee. I have contacted the VT AG's office. This guy is BAD news!
