Avoid at all costs

I went with a group of 5 people, all of whom were anticipating a good meal based on word of mouth from friends of friends. Within ten minutes, we were certain we were at the wrong location. The appetizers were terrible, the main course was easily 3 times the cost of a better meal elsewhere. When we came to a group consensus, the agreement was that Merriwether's was on par with McDonald's as far as the value received compared to cost of food. If you want good food in the area, Faria's Twin Oaks in Forest is not much of a drive, but the food isn't tasteless, the drinks are well mixed, not simply placed in a glass, and tossed in front of the poor idiot who they feel has no taste buds or discrimination.

All in all, it was bad enough all 5 of us are warning as many as we can, so they can avoid the rip off they will inevitably face.

Great food!

If you are looking for something unique this is the place to be! Everything is made to order and it's all delicious. The service is great. Be sure to save room for desserts...it's so worth it!
