Rude, Lying Landlord

This is worst landlord that I have ever met! We can almost prove that he has entered our appt without approval or prior notice when we were not there. This man is lies constantly. He looks at you like you are dirt and being rude to HIM! When really this man is the definition of rude.

NOONKESTER BLOWS

I heard bad reviews from people prior to moving in but thought nothing of it seeing as that is the general feeling towards realtors in Bburg. REALITY CHECK: Noonkester is a huge, inconsiderate, condescending jerk that takes no consideration into his tenants. Not only was our house disgusting when we came to see it- and by disgusting I mean black carpets, broken EVERYTHING, mold and effing bugs. When we moved in he hadn't told the maintenance man to come until the day before... the eff. Fastforward to when we're living here. Our toilets break all of the time.t... everything in this house has the quality of a slum. He comes unannounced all of the time, just to show people our house randomly, totally cool and everything... Despite that we have girls living here sooo that's probably not a good idea? Also, illegal? Cannot unannounced douche. He will break any general leasing law and have no regard for your say when he is doing so. He changed the lease without telling us and had people sign... ILLEGAL.

In conclusion, if you rent from Noonkester you will do more than regret it. Seriously. Don't. Long story short, the man needs to get laid and it showsssssss.

Worst landlord in Blacksburg, period!

Don't ever rent from Noonkester! He is the worst landlord in Blacksburg. Our apartment was filthy when we moved in. The white linoleum floors were black, there was garbage left all over the apartment, and there was even vommit running down the sides of the toilets. He "forgot to have the apartment cleaned" and we had to do it ourselves. Parking is a huge problem because he never tows even though I requested that he enforce his rule over a dozen times. There were 11 spaces in our lot for 12 residents and tons of non-residents parked there due to a lack of towing. My car was smashed in the parking lot twice due to overcrowding. We caught several rodents in our apartment and Noonkester would do nothing about the continued problem. When things break, forget having them fixed unless you call every day for a month. I highly recommend renting from anyone except Noonkester.
