WANT TO BE SCAMMED & LIVE IN THE TRASH COMPLEX??????

WE MOVED IN AFTER THE TOUR WITH THEIR STAFF AND THEY MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS A PERFECT PLACE TO LIVE FOR FAMILY THEY SAY "THIS IS A PLACE FOR THE WORKING CLASS" IN OTHER TERMS THAT MEANS TRASHY PEOPLE. TO BREAK YOU LEASE THEY MAKE YOU PAY 1800 TO LEAVE ITS A SCAMM. THEY CHARGE YOU 60 BUCKS FOR SEWER 100 FOR WATER 15 FOR GARBAGE, AND IF THEY CHOOSE AT THE END OF THE LEASE THEY WILL RAISE YOUR RENT, THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE. I AM HAVING A BAD EXPEIRENCE HERE , THERE ARE GAANG MEMBERS HERE, MY VEHICLES HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO ALSO BACKED INTO AND NOBODY TAKES RESPONSIBLITY FOR IT. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE FOR A RESIDENCE.

This place has many problems. All you need to do is to Google Lakeville Resort and read up on the problems. They cheat people left and right. That is how they get their money. The place has a gaang problem. All the units are run down and infeested with buugs.

The misspelling of words is to get around the bots of this site.
