Good selection, friendly staff. I can spend hours in this store, unintentionally. I love their selection and it feels more personal than shopping someplace big like Borders. I don't love the layout and there aren't comfortable places to sit, but that's not so bad. The clerks are very helpful without being overly cheerful and forced friendliness.
