I was very pleased with the customer service I received from North Bay Nissan as well as the continuous follow up the salesman Randy Trujillo has shown me. Not only do I have an awesome car but he sales staff is awesome and really does care about the customer. Go to North Bay Nissan in Peatluma - you won't be disappointed.

Great Inventory at North Bay Nissan. I was very happy with what i experienced at North Bay Nissan. The sales staff was friendly not pushy. The finance department helped me understand what I could afford for a new car. Randy Trujillo the salesman who I dealt with took his time and was patient. I felt very comfortable with him. Poor service!. First of all, they contacted ME about a titan I had listed on craigslist. They wanted to "inspect" the truck so my husband took it there for a "inspection". After a lowball offer, he drove it back home. Next day noticed the access panel/skid plate was hanging down. Called to ask them about it and all I got was denial. No offer to check it, just a "we only drove it around the block". However it took 30 minutes to drive? and they told him the truck had a slight power steering leak, which could only be seen by dropping the access plate. Thanks for crappy service, will take my business elsewhere!
