worst dealer ever. they tried to add 2,200 to the closing cost and not even tell us. very shady company and i will never do business with them. the gm wasn't helpful and basically blew us off. i would go anywhere but here

straight answer that actually helped. I was in the market for a new Volt in March of 2012. I went to the Locate A Vehicle function on Chevy's website and it indicated that Victory had one Volt with exactly the colors and options I wanted. So I grabbed my checkbook and headed to Victory Chevy, but alas, they did not have the particular vehicle I was looking for in inventory (and I found this disconnect was the case with many other local dealers).. Nevertheless, I liked the people I met during my sales experience at Victory.

I had to get a part for my older Silderado and returned here and had a positive experience. Gary in Parts provided me with excellent service and was knowledgeable regarding what I was trying accomplish. He was interested and wasn’t just there to print my receipt. I had a couple of hard question and received a no bs straight answer that actually helped.

customer's best interests at heart.. Dealerships are dealerships, but I have bought 2 cars at Victory Chevrolet and have had a pretty great experience. The service department has always followed up with me when they said they would and the customer service overall is stellar. David in the service department gave me A+ service.

Kudos to the general manager, as he personally helped me when I did hit roadblocks.

I believe Victory Chevrolet is a very fair establishment and really do have the customer's best interests at heart.

I will continue to purchase my cars from them, no doubt about it.

Very positive experience. Recently bought through their Internet department. Was quickly given a very competitive quote, which was the quote I paid when I arrived at the dealership. Truly no-haggle, no car sales schtick. Made what can be a very nerve wracking and unpleasant experience as simple and enjoyable as it can be

Great Price!!!!. Victory Chevrolet was great. I was given a great price with no hassle, and was able to purchase and take home my chosen color in the trim and color I wanted all in the same weekend.

I would definitely go to Victory Chevrolet i in a heartbeat. I drove about 100 miles from Sacramento (where I live) to Victory Chevrolet because they were by far the best in Northern California and I mean it. I contacted about 18 dealerships in Northern CA and petaluma had the best offers and best customer service. Oreste Gonella was outstanding and went the extra mile to get me the White CTS from Southern California. I cannot thank him enough for all his help, he really makes a difference. Unfortunately, he was not at the dealership when I came to get the car. I was in a hurry that day and did not have too much time to go over all the features and ask too many questions. I will probably have the car serviced closer to my home even though I do not have a very good opinion about the dealerships in Sacramento and Roseville. Overall, if i had to buy it again, I would definitely go to Victory Chevrolet i in a heartbeat. Oreste was the best car salesman I ever dealt with. Please thank him again.

My buying experience was the best I have ever had.. I purchased my Chevrolet Tahoe this December in Petaluma. My buying experience was the best I have ever had. The sales associate, Oreste Gonella provided the most outstanding service I have ever received out of all of my vehicle buying experiences. He was extremely professional and honest. Oreste and Victory Chevrolet staff made sure that every question I had was answered promptly. He was also not pushy like most auto salesmen are. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend you to all of my friends and family looking to make a wise auto purchase decision. Thank you for making my auto buying experience very pleasant.

Good dealership, great finance guy. I came here on a Friday and there were quite a few people. Gentlemen approached and asked if I needed help. I simply responded no just looking. I walked around for 15 minutes saw a used Fusion I was interested in asked the same guy for help (super embarrassing, but I do not recall his name, even though he told me at least twice). Test drove the car, and after a healthy negotiation I went home to think it over. I came back Saturday morning and signed the paperwork. They were not pushy and gave me the space I asked for, of coarse they tried to get me to buy the car on Friday more than once, but I do understand it is their job. I had my own financing, they did half a point better and I am happy camper.
