NEVER AGAIN. AND- DON'T EVER TRY TO GET A REFUND-. Whatever the name of this so-called "CHAIN" is- (QUALITY HOTELS?????????????????????) Stay away from this place. It has been probably THE worst experience I have had at ANY motel. I've stayed at some DUMPS, (not by choice, actually) but this place has to beat most, if not all of them. Sure, Charlottesville is a college town, I understand that, but come on, what appear to be hookers, among other things, hanging out here is just ridiculous. A couple of guys went at it in the parking lot, 2 doors down from my room, just this afternoon. I called the desk, do you think anything changed? Ha. I first checked into a room (at the hospital rate, (45 per night, believe that) the microwave and fridg were FILTHY, the floors didn't look like they had been vacuumed in a year, cobwebs, didn't even want to LOOK at the nasty bathroom, let alone take a shower in it. I called the desk, asked them if they actually had any CLEAN rooms in this dump (and mentioned the WEIRDO'S that kept hanging out on the balcony and STARING as I tried to haul my things into my room) they moved me downstairs (they had me in the BACK of the motel because I have a bad back and couldn't climb their stairs with no help with all of my bags) - well...... As you can imagine, GOD FORBID a family should check into this place. I'd fear for my safety not only because of the riff raff here, (management included especially) but you might get a damned disease just by walking in these nasty, filthy rooms and breathing this air. HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. Dont rent a room here at their cheap hospital rates even if your loved one is dying. It might kill you.

Editorial Review. Nationwide hotel chain is family- and business-friendly. Amenities include communication facilities, large conference rooms, Jacuzzi suites and outdoor pools.
