Charming and romantic extensive wine list great food. I recently visited Charlottesville and went to C & O. There is a charming outside sitting area with statues and ivy growing on the wall, the staff was excellent and great with discussing the menu and making recommendations. The wine list was extensive and the food was great. This is a great find in Charlottesville.
