Great FOOD, terrific atmosphere. The Bar B Que Ranch has been around for years!! Still in the same location, still the same car hops. You can eat in or take out and it is great food for the price...wonderful for the entire family.

Their fried chicken is to die for. Their barbeque is the same recipe from the day it opened in the 1950s.

Steaks are hand cut and cooked to perfection, served on a sizzling platter.

The hand dipped ice cream and malt shakes are wonderful.

It is great to step back into a different time -- enjoy the pigs, the friendly folks and the great food!!

Where to Start?!. You know it's a bad sign when as soon as you drive into the parking lot you feel the crunch of glass under your tires. This is typical at BBQ Ranch. After avoiding the stares of the riff-raff "hanging out" by the front door, we made it inside. We were glared in the direction of our seat by what my wife could only describe as a

"greasy woman beast". We scurried to the booth with our twin boys in tow. Though they are generally well-behaved, we could tell they noticed the employees obvious disdain at having children in the place. We ordered quickly so as to appease the waitress who was obviously struggling with a hangover from alcohol or...something else. Our food arrived quickly, but wasn't quite right. The BBQ sandwich my wife got was ice cold in the middle and tasted like pepper and mold (her words, not mine) My BBQ was okay, but I was so distracted by the flies buzzing around my head that I couldn't eat. At least the kids had chicken tenders which they thought were "awesome". Instead of complaining, we just scarfed down what we could manage, dropped our money on the table and hurried out.

worst bbq ever!. this restaurant was unclean, the service was poor, and the food was ill prepared. I am a bbq lover. I know good bbq. The quality of the meat was poor. It tasted cheap, and it was not all cooked. My sandwich was cold and the bun had specks of mold on it. I am surprised the health inspecter hasn't shut this establishment down. I would not reccommend this place for families, the atmosphere was "trashy." It is located among several trailor parks along route 11. Not my cup of tea.
