Great Mexican Food in Cotati. This has been a favorite of mine for quite some time. The people are just so nice there. I've always enjoyed the food there. Love their chimychanga, and their refried beans are great.

Have had their fish tacos, their chili relejeno, the fajitas, combo platters with the taco, and enchiladas, (I love that they use the shredded beef) all have been great.

The only reason I can't give it a perfect 5 is that there have been times where they have had another cook beside the owner, and he has just not done it as well as Miguel can cook. So, if you had a bad experience, I'm betting it was the other guy. He's not bad, but I've just had a few not as overwhelming meals there when he was in charge.

But I eat there almost monthly over the last 10 years, and I can count one had the less than perfect times I've eaten there. Even then they were still good, just not Great like they normally are.
