Good Gifts

My wife loves the gift shop here. Most people think they just sell engagement rings, but they have a large gift shop with clocks, candles, dishware, and other home decor. They gift wrap for free, and it always looks so nice.

Great Service, Best Prices

SE Needham Jeweler's worked with me to find the best price on an awesome diamond. I worked with Jacob for over two months to get it right. I was not an easy customer, as I tend to shop like crazy and expect the best prices for the best quality. I even visited Rocky Mtn Wholesale in SLC and some other diamond shops that offer wholesale to public prices. Well, funny enough, their wholesale marketing turned out to be fluff as the low prices weren't better than Needham's!! I am happy I found these guys. Thanks!!

Awful Service - No follow up at all

Buying a ring is hard enough, I don't need to waste my time in a store that will not return calls, email, or follow-up with things that they promise to do.

I had heard so many good things about this store and was planning to give them my business, after this experience, I will be looking elsewhere

Beautiful Custom Work

I just picked up the most gorgeous ring you've ever seen last night at Needham's! My husband and I worked with Joe to design a unique ring for a mega anniversary. Joe was so patient, had incredible ideas, and was willing to work with our deadline to produce an amazing one of a kind ring. Most of us feel a little out of our comfort zones when buying diamonds or visualizing a piece that is not in the display case. Joe was so great in explaining the process, showing us how our ideas might look, and helping us to understand our options. Don't be expecting to see a picture of the ring; one of a kind, remember? Thank you S.E. Needham Jewelers!

I've never purchased a ring before, but somehow had the thought that the experience would be something like buying a car. I almost expected to be swarmed by sales reps pushing me to buying something I really wasn't interested in. That idea has completely changed with S.E. Needham Jewelers. I ended up purchasing a smaller ring to propose and coming in later with my fiancé to purchase a wedding ring of her choice. The service was just amazing. I wasn't pressured into anything, the selection awesome, and their knowledgebase was extraordinary. One of the great things about S.E. Needhams is their understanding of the customers. Ring shopping can be overwhelming if you don't know exactly what you are looking for. They took the time to learn our names and personalities along with educating us on what we should look for while selecting a diamond. This allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience instead of stressing out about getting the right ring. They truly do care about their customers...and it shows. I would defiantly recommend S.E. Needham Jewelers to anyone.
