Vandalism

We just stopped by to check on our 5th wheel on 1/3/2012. Our 5th wheel was vandalized. The resident managers said they had some problems with other units in the area. My camper's door handle was busted and the manager noticed it yet I didn't receive a phone call. I looked at other 5th wheel campers in the area and several had been vandalized too!
If the managers knew vandalism had happened and saw my camper, would calling don't you think calling me would be in order?

We have stored our RV and misc househld items for 5 yrs at this facility. We are sorry we are being transferred. The managers are totally on top of things. I loved it there because they keep the place clean and well plowed during the winter.

Very fair in their business practices

Having been a previous tenant at this facility I had only notified the manager on the 20th of the month. However, I did read the lease agreement and addendum and found that I was indeed financially responsible for the next month's rent as prescribed. I did not try to get out of my financial obligation. I owned it and proceeded with moving out early the next month. The Lease agreement clearly states financial obligation for the following month if proper notice is not given. All documents clearly state that when a unit is empty and all locks removed, ownership of the unit reverts back to the storage facility that day.

Terrible business practices

Nice facility, but if you fail to read the contract in full they will get a lot more money out of you than you'd expect. Notified them 6 days before the end of the month that we were vacating the unit. They said we did not give them 15 days notice therefore we needed to pay for the next month also. Then they proceeded to tell me since I had vacated already I couldn't use the facility for the next month anyway, but I still had to pay. Terrible service and business practices. Do not go here, most other storage places in heber are much better run.
