Rude.

I just thought the lady I talked to when I called had a very demeaning, impatient tone, and was kind of rude.Kind of sounded annoyed that she had to explain anything to me. You know, like the raised "are you stupid??" kind of tone. I didn't like it at all. I don't like being talked to like that, especially when I'm having to do something I don't even want to be doing in the first place. It would be nice to have a friendly, helpful person to talk to. Maybe I got her on a bad day, but I won't be calling back if I am ever in this situation again.
