I hate this salon.
The staff and owner are very rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to cut hair! They don't know how to communicate with customers.
They quote a price over the phone to get you into the salon and charge you more when you arrive with your pet. Beware of the extra charges.

I love this salon. I am new in town and was able to get a same day appointment. They were very up front about the charges and did a wonderful job. My dog was perfectly groomed and did not have a single razor burn or cut. She looked wonderful and was relaxed and happy when I picked her up.

BEWARE!

HORRIBLE! My dogs were miserable when I picked them up! They were cut and bleeding in places. The owner, Resa was extremely rude and unconcerned. If you really care about your pets, BEWARE!!!!
