Great location

I've been visiting Fairway Villas since 1981. I love the location - it's easy access to Corpus Christi, Mustang Island & Port Aransas. The pool is refreshing and the units are very spacious.

This place was terrible. First we arrived at check in time and the condo wasn't ready. We had to wait two hours. Second the two bedroom condo was dirty, old, not well maintained. It was in really bad shape and most of all it was dirty. Management was terrible. We had a problem and it took 2 days for them even to acknowledge the problem after many phone calls and messages. We really wasted a week. WE only stayed for 3 nights and that was enough. The only thing that was reasonalbe was the pool. But the premises were dirty, cigarrets buds trash on the hallways, very bad. I do not recomend this place to anyone.
- Pros: dirty, not maintained, terrible service
- Cons: close to the beach and nice pool
