The BEST Shrimp EVER!!!. If you want to have just plain boiled shrimp and lots of it for not a huge price, then Snoopy's is the placce to go. The shrimp are huge and fresh as you can get. We come here everytime we come to Port Aransas. It is a must for shrimp lovers!!

Best Oysters on the Gulf. I only get to visit once a year, and Snoopy's is always the first stop! Don't go there if you want china and air conditioning, but if you like the gulf breeze and watching the boats go by, you can't beat Snoopy's!

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER been treated so poorly!. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN!! And I'm only posting ONE star because it won't let me do lower than that!!!

First off, we got there and there as a LONG line in which we had to wait going all the way out the door for about 25 minutes. Then when getting inside, to my surprise I found out that they do NOT take credit/debit cards! ...But there's an ATM. So I go over and try to retrieve money from the ATM in which I find that the machine froze right after I requested a withdrawl. Well I don't want to leave the machine at this point in case it spits out my money and someone takes it, and I don't want to turn it off or anything in case the request went through. So I let the manager know who showed no sympathy or even the slightest care. So I called the number on the ATM and I was told someone would be on thier way. After waiting 30 minutes after I called her, I began to get a little frustrated. I tried to talk to the manager and one of the interesting things I heard him say is..."They'll be here any minute. They live really close to here. USUALLY THEY'RE FASTER THAN THIS!!" So this happens alot??...was my first thought.

So to make a long story short, I ended up starving, waiting OVER an hour for this person to show, no sympathy or customer service from the staff or the owner (he just kept ignoring me in all my attempts to talk to him) and after all that they didn't even offer us a drink, a chair or ANYTHING! I walked out of there refusing to get back in line having already waited an hour and half just to order, which would've meant waiting another 45 minutes to eat (because I asked someone how long the wait was for the food).

And to add insult to injury...when complaining about the wait...they offered no sympathy and rudely told me they have NOTHING to do with the ATM machine because they are cash only! When asked why they don't have a credit card machine...they rudely replied, ..."because, we are cash only."

the place smells bad and the food is just ok.. I went there a few months after they opened because i heard some people say it was a nice place. I did not like the "out of the box" taste of the shrimp and the service was not very good either. I returned along with my wife a few years later and the place still stinks really bad. Not sure if its the facility or the location that smells, but it makes the experience not very pleasant.

Best Shrimp Ever!. Snoopy's is the best seafood restaurant in Texas! The food is amazing, as well as the view. The fried shrimp is the best and the Mahi Mahi is a close second! My husband and I live in San Antonio and plan trips to Corpus simply to eat here.

Fun restaurant with great views and great food!. Snoopy's is a must-visit for families who want great food and a fun atmosphere after a long day on the beach! We stopped in on a Saturday night, so there was a bit of a wait, but it didn't take us long to find a great table outside on the patio/pier. My son loved looking at the fish in the water, and my daughter loved watching the fishing boats as they went past. The patio is protected from hungry seagulls with a "fishing line" canopy, so you can eat without fear of dive-bombing birds. This is a casual restaurant where you can come straight from the beach and dine in your flip-flops, so don't come here looking for something fancy. You order and pick up your food at the counter. It is inexpensive (for great fresh seafood!) and the food is excellent. The fish sandwich can't be beat, wtih huge portions of fresh fish that has been lightly battered and fried to perfection. My son loved his fish, too, and we were easily able to substitute rice for his fries! Everything we ate was delicious, including a big side order of fried okra, and wonderful onion rings. The best part of Snoopy's Pier is Scoopy's, which is the quaint little ice cream shop next door. You can get a big scoop of BlueBell ice cream for less than $2. My kids are already asking when we can go back to Corpus Christi so we can visit Snoopy's again!

A MUST. If you are in corpus, you NEED to go to snoopy's. The fried fish is abosultely delicious. My husband is from England where fish n chips is like the national dish and he even said it was the best he ever had. The tarter sauce is tasty, pretty sure it is homemade and the coleslaw is different (in a really good way). It is like vinegar-y. The fish n chips is a HUGE portion, you could easily share it, and the back porch where you sit is very open and great on a sunny day. Great value for food!

Excellent Place!. I have been living in Corpus for 9 years, and every chance I get, I goto Snoopy's! It has great cheeseburgers, excellent fish, shrimp, etc. It's reasonably priced. My daughter loves it, she loves their grilled cheese sandwich... it is quite good! Great people that work there, very friendly. You can sit inside, or outside. They have tables in the sun and the shade. On a gorgeous summer day, it's always packed with people, so get there around 11:00AM. On the cold days, you have a fireplace to sit by inside. Everyone I've taken there loves it and always wants to go back! You can go there right off the beach, flip flops, shorts, it doesn't matter. Not a place you have to worry about dressing up for. It's great all around!

The Best Anywhere!. Snoopys is simply the best little Gulfside Restaurant I have ever found.The food is superb,and the atmosphere is delightful.Gulf breezes cool you through the big open screened windows,or you can set on the deck,and watch the ships and fishing vessels going in and out the channel there.Try the Mahi Mahi or the Shrimp burger.I think you will be pleased with anything you try there.The prices are excellant too.If you are wanting to try to impress somebody with how much money you can spend or how fancy you can dress,you neeedn't go to Snoopys,its not about that.It is a wonderful relaxing place to eat though.Perhaps with your special someone.Try it!
