Filth Filth and more Filth

If house-keeping services the room then the room is presntable for the next guest. Housekeeping tell the front deak that room 314 is clean and ready for another guest. Now I noticed something just not right.

Placed in the hand-towels was a note that stated words to the affect " If your reading this note then the room has not been properly serviced". I spoke with one of the staff members and she told me the rest of the staff thought it was hilarious. The bottom line is housekeeping looked at the hand towels and did not swap them out. If they had throughly cleaned the room the notes would have been discovered. So quality at this hotel is not job one. Since I was in the room and did no physical damage to the property I simply wrote a note. The hotel does provide pen and paper. Housekeeping failed. Bottom line. So before I would go to this hotel I would really think twice.

The rooms at first glace are wonderful. Howecer while lies beneath the sheets reamins to be seen.

And I quote "room xxxis not to be let out to anybody because of the constant water that comes in from the Gulf and the black mold is present" Is it staccy bottrus or is it not.

As for security there is note. The cops are staking out the dougnut shiop and the front desk person is not at the front desk they are behind the back wall. Snoozing I would imagine from the sounds I heard.

It is a shame that such a nice hotel is marred by poor house keeping and the manager who seems to have inside knowledge of this HOTEL NO TELL apparently thourgh pillow-talk. this is according the older hispanic housekeeper and a front clerk whose name is does not being with the leter A or S but some other salty wench.. Her voice is recognizable by the sound of somebody gargling with glass.

Polite A was the best and most courtious. The rest are not the best and far from it.

Horrible customer service... unsafe

My vehicle was broken into in the parking lot of the hotel. I received no help from Roger the manager at the time, His first words were " We're not responsible" and basicly i never heard anything other then that from him. The security cameras were not working the lenses were fogged up so they were worthless. I left a message with Jody the manager the next morning and never heard from anyone. I have left messages since then once i returned home and no one has contacted me. This hotel staff did not try to help me at all... all i heard was "we're not responsible" and gave me a number for the police for me to call. I was there for a conference that week lost all my luggage and research which was on my laptop. This is a poorly ran establishment who could careless about helping there customers when they need help the most. Stay somewhere that your family and belongings will be safe.
