Anthony's Aveda Concept Salon

DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT. Anthony’s is amateur at best, the staff has zero accountability, and the lack of professionalism is astounding. I had a consultation, brought in a picture and discussed what I wanted. I was very detailed about what I do not like in a haircut. I left with the WORST cut I have ever received. I called the manager twice, who at one point laughed. I was told the girl who cut my hair was the most experienced stylist at the salon. She has been a stylist for only 3 years and her first job was at Wal-Mart. The owner called me and actually argued that I received exactly what I asked for. He was not there at any point during the consultation or any other time during the appointment to see my hair before and after. Their philosophy is only in theory; they could care less if you are happy with the service. It’s a poorly run salon with inexperienced stylists hiding behind high prices. Go to Wal-Mart, it’s cheaper and you’ll get the same quality.…

Anthony's expensive and they don't care about treatment. i have enjoyed the first couple of visits at anthony's, but this last time was a disappointment. i spent $170.00 for color and cut. The cut turned out ok but when i got home my daughter freaked out. i have color all over my hairline and on my cheek. My appointment was for 11 am. i was 10 minutes early and when i went up to the counter the girl took my name, asked me to have a seat and 10 minutes later went by me and looked at me strangley and asked why i was there and what my name was. a few minutes later again she walked by but just looked at me, saying nothing about my stylist would be with me in a few minutes or even smiling. at 11:20 i got up went to the counter and asked if my appointment was 11:00 or 11:30. i was told 11 and that my stylist should be with me shortly. i know people run behind sometimes, but 20 minutes is a long time to be sitting and asked a couple of times why i was there. i was starting to get annoyed. hope finally came and got me, went back had my consultation and then color. when it was time to wash i was taken back to the wash room, seated and left there again for about 10 minutes, again no explanation. i started having spasms in my neck when hope finally came back to wash my hair. i got my haircut, dried and when i left i bought 75 worth of product. i am really unhappy with my experience on saturday, very unhappy!!!!!…

Worst Hair Salon. Warning: If you are not pleased with your service at Anthony’s DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I had my hair colored by their so called, “Experts” at Anthony’s and left with a color that can only be described as “clown red”. I called Anthony’s salon with anticipation to have my color corrected and was told to come in. When I entered the salon it was slow and some hairdressers sat around conversing with “Anthony” who was going on about some story. The receptionist (an older man) did nothing to get me in a chair for the service. I waited for two hours as other patrons came in had their hair done and left. I asked many times as to when I could be seen. I was told many “brush off stories” …between this haircut, after this person and so on. I left and paid another salon to correct my hair.…
