Fantastic Grooming Job!!!. New customer here! I took my cocker mix in to be groomed today.. Other groomers have not been able to handle her as she is a little ADHD (HA!) - Lexy was able to groom and bathe her and did a FANTASTIC job!! I will be a long time customer for sure!!

Rude On The Phone, So Rude I Hung Up.......
I called one evening, yeah it was late 7:30p and most bussiness have a answering machine to leave a number or information to call you back. My intentions were to do just that. A lady answered the phone so I wanted to set up an appointment then. I was informed that the bussines hours they were closed and the phone rings at thier house, so I was asked to call back in the morning.
By 8:00am I am at work and I caught some time to call. When I did so, I was not able to answer right away (two sec.) and the lady on the other line was not so nice answering the phone. A RUDE "HELLO, Can I Help You" was said. She should have not only answered the phone nicer more perferionally but should have been patient.
I was very shocked that a bussiness would answer the phone that way. I said "that was very rude and you just lost a customer", and hung up.

I TOOK MY SWEET CAT INTO "THE DOG STOP" FOR HIS SUMMER CUT, AND LEXI BUTCHERED HIM!
SHE BURNED HIM WITH HER DULL CLIPPERS ALL DOWN HIS BACK AND ALL OVER HIS LEFT SIDE!
ALL OF HIS FUR DOWN HIS BACK AND ALL OVER HIS LEFT SIDE IS COMING OFF IN HUGE CLUMPS, LEAVING RAW, BLOODY SKIN EXPOSED!
AFTER THE SECOND VET VISIT, AND VET BILLS $150.00+ (TOGETHER WITH VET DIAGNOSIS THAT SHE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS INJURIES) I TOOK HIM TO "THE DOG STOP" AND SHOWED LEXI WHAT SHE HAD DONE TO HIM.
I SAID TO HER, "YOU CAN EITHER PAY THESE $150.00+ VET BILLS, AND WE WILL LET THIS GO; OTHERWISE, I WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT."
HER RESPONSE TO ME WAS, "GO FOR IT!"
OBVIOUSLY, SHE HAS BEEN SUED MANY TIMES BEFORE!
LEXI AT "THE DOG STOP" IS NOT ONLY AN ANIMAL ABUSER, BUT A CRUEL PERSON WHO REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER ACTIONS, AND THINKS SHE CAN GET AWAY WITH THE ABUSE SHE INFLICTS ON POOR DEFENSELESS ANIMALS!
