MANAGEMENT MS. PINA NEEDS SCHOOLING. Today as we walk in, there was no one there to help us for about 5 minutes. Finally when Shift Manager Ms. Pina comes out...there was no good morning or any kind of acknowledgement to the waiting line of customers. Served us cold coffee and continue to serve us cold coffee. As we told her about the problem, she got upset and told us not her fault but the machine. Finally, served us a half way cup finally hot but the quantity of the coffee was not even 3/4 of a cup and she said that's how it is. Served us again for the 4th time....gave us COLD COFFEE again and she was upset that we are continuously complaining about cold coffee and talking back rudely to the customers. Please train Ms. Pina to be a better manager.…
